韩培林，1979年10月出生于河南灵宝，博士。2016/01毕业于西班牙University Rovira i Virgili罗维拉-威尔吉利大学电子电气工程自动化系，现为许昌学院冠亚电竞注册app教工党支部书记，副教授，主讲物理化学。先后获得“河南省教学标兵”、“许昌学院优秀教师”、“许昌学院优秀青年骨干教师”等荣誉称号。先后在The Journal of Physical Chemistry C，Organic Electronics，moleculars等杂志发表SCI论文十余篇，参与国家青年基金两项，主持河南省科技攻关项目一项，河南省教育厅项目两项，横向项目两项。
目前的研究方向有：高效低值光电转化材料的设计与开发；有机半导体薄膜以及薄膜太阳能电池的制备及应用；功能型材料结构和性质的理论研究。
